1. Game objective
haciendolagoma is a cycling game played in private leagues with a maximum of 15 players. There are two game modes, draft or market. In the first one, the riders are selected by means of a drawn draft, and in the second one by buying and selling riders. The points are added during the races.
2. Register
There are three ways to sign up: with an email, through Google services (such as Gmail), and with your Apple ID. If you choose the first option, you will need to confirm your registration.
After registering, you can create or join leagues. Each user can play in one or more games with a different player name.
3. Create and join a league
There are two types of leagues: private leagues and public leagues.
Public leagues are open to everyone. Anyone can join and there is no limit to the number of participants. To join, simply create a player name and join the league.
Leagues are private and have a maximum of 15 participants. Creating a league requires the player's name, the league name, and a league password. The league creator is also the league administrator.
To join an existing private league, simply enter a new player name, league name, and password.
The Premium option allows you to participate in more than three league.
4. Draft mode - private league
The administrator must start the draft by specifying the number of rounds (between 15 and 25). Each round is the number of picks selected by the participants. For example, in a league with 5 participants, 20 rounds of drafting equals a total of 100 picks.
The draft order will be displayed on the leaderboard until the draft is completed.
Rider points will not be added until the draft is completed.
It is not possible to leave the league while draft picks are being made. It must be done before or after the draft. If you still want to leave the league, it is recommended that the administrator restarts the league, and then you can leave the league and start the draft again.
4.1. Draft administration
The league administrator can delete the last draft pick at that time (the deadline for doing so is 10 hours after the pick was made).
The draft order will be displayed on the leaderboard until the draft is completed.
The league administrator can also randomly assign a rider to a player (the rider will always be chosen from the best remaining riders).
It is not possible to disqualify players during the draft. It must be done before or after the draft. If you still want to disqualify a player, you should restart the league, disqualify the player, and then start the draft again.
Change league market format: The league administrator can change the league mode from Draft to Market (not the other way around). This change is irreversible.
5. Market format - private league
Each player starts with 10 riders and an amount of money set by the league administrator. The maximum number of riders is 30.
Every rider has a value on the market. Fluctuations in rider value are driven by supply and demand, combined with global market fluctuations.
A daily market of riders is activated (the administrator chooses the number between 10 and 15). Users can bid for them to buy them and add them to their squad thanks to the budget of each of them. The resolution is determined the next day by the highest bid among all the members of your league.
The maximum bid is the limit you can offer to sign, taking into account the possibility of going into debt. It is allowed to go into debt and stay in the red when signing riders. However, in order to score in the races, you must have a positive balance at the start of the race.
Players who are sold during a multi-day race will continue to score points.
Agreed transfers between players are not allowed.
It is possible to put riders for sale. Once you have done so, you will automatically receive an offer the next day for each rider that is for sale.
Rejecting an offer to sell will put that rider back on the market.
The extra money will be awarded as follows: From January to October, each player will receive 1 million on the 1st and 15th of each month (except January 1st).
5.1. Market format administration
The market must be activated by the administrator.
The league administrator can hide the value of the daily bids
There is a possibility to force certain riders to go on sale. At least one of them will be worth more than 400,000 euros.
5.2 Clauses
The league administrator configures whether clauses are allowed. If so, and if you are a Premium, you will be able to pay other players' clauses.
The clauses are visible when you click on another player in the Classification section.
The signed rider will join your team the next day, not the same day.
The price of the clauses is automatically assigned and is determined by a number of interrelated factors (the value of the rider, the bid of his last transfer and the points of the rider).
There are some limitations in the system of clauses: there are some vetoed periods of 1 to 3 days that are before one of the three Grand Tours and in which it is not allowed to pay clauses for riders of more than 2 million value.
The prohibited periods have a start date that is not fixed. It will be sometime (day, hour, and minutes) between the three selected days.
For example, if the Tour de France starts on July 3, the veto will start sometime between July 1 and July 3 and end on July 3, after the Tour has started.
6. Draft mode with budget - public league
It is an annual league where everyone plays against everyone else. Each player confirms his teams by choosing riders and respecting the total budget. The minimum number of players is 20 and the maximum is 25. No lineups can be created until the team is complete. Rider prices are fixed for the entire season.
In addition, 6 additional movements are allowed each month: 3 acquisitions and 3 retirements, always within the budget. These transfers can be made at any time during the month.
Manual alignments are required to score in the races. All races are scored. Your overall position will be reflected in the standings.
Playing in the public league does not affect the number of leagues played by non-premium players.
7. Configuration and races
The administrator can restart the league, permanently delete the league, or disqualify a player.
Other players can leave the league.
For the category of races, the administrator can choose which races to run. In draft mode, the races to be run can be selected at the end of the draft. In market mode, when the market is activated.
Races categories: 1.UWT, 2.UWT, 1.Pro, 2.Pro, 1.1, 2.1, Grand Tours, World Championships, Olympic Games and European Championships. You can view the races and the score system.
Races can be activated by the league administrator up to 2 hours before the start of the race.
8. Lineups
The lineups can be set manually or automatically.
- Manual: you select a maximum of eight riders per race.
- Automatic: for each race that takes place, all the riders in your team at that moment will be lined up. Logically, only those who take part in the race will score points.
In manual lineups mode, the riders registered for each race are displayed daily (+ symbol).
